These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Liquid Oak Painting website at liquidoakpainting.com (the "Site") and the services we offer. By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

Liquid Oak Painting provides residential and commercial painting services. Information on the Site, including project photos and descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes. Estimates provided through the Site are preliminary and subject to an on-site evaluation before any work is agreed upon.

3. Estimates and Appointments

Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract for services. All painting work is performed under a separate written proposal or agreement that describes the scope, pricing, and schedule. We may contact you by phone, email, or text message to follow up on your request.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in to text messages from Liquid Oak Painting through the consent checkboxes on our website form, you agree to receive customer-care messages (such as estimate follow-ups and appointment coordination) and, if separately selected, promotional messages (such as offers and service announcements).

Our services and SMS program are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
